Sodium is tricky since we drain off the liquid from both the can of chicken and ramen flavor packet. I would conclude that you take in approximately 500mg of Sodium.

Organic Breakfast Surprise. Affordable ,Simple and Nutritional

Organic kale
Half an Organic avocado. Thinly sliced.
Cage free egg.
Preheat oven 350.

*Pinch of cheese on sprouted grain bread.
*About an entire leaf of kale, torn/chopped into smaller pieces on top of bread and cheese.
*Place the bread and kale on a baking sheet and place in the oven while cutting the avocado.
*Pull out the kale and bread,  place the slices of avocado in top and place back in the oven for 10 mins.
*Cook the egg however you like.

Home-made Salsa Cheap, Quick, No Sodium

1-2 small Roma Tomatoes diced 
1 Jalapeno diced
Few cloves of garlic
1/2 - 3/4 cup Diced Onion 
1 Avocado sliced and diced 
No Salt Needed
Perserve with a littLe Lime or Lemon Juice 
Serve with choice of tortilla chips. 
Enjoy!!!
Approximately $2.00 per batch!!!


Healthy Affordable Dessert

Peanut Butter, Diced Banana and Apple Dessert drizzled with Honey (optional)
Melt 1-2Tbsp of Peanut Butter over a diced Apple of Choice and add a diced Bananas.
Other options: Any fruit could be used and not just what's noticed.
